Truly gorgeous model NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE POOR SO CALLED RS2000 MINICHAMPS attempted! This is a proper full on RS2000 from the alloy sumped PINTO to the ROLL TOP RECAROS! ALL BUILT TO LOOK FACTORY FRESH. Attention is in the detail!! This is a totally UNIQUE, "one off" meaning the one and only ever to be made, STUNNING Mk1 ESCORT RS2000. I've modified it myself, as you probably know?? I've been modelling for more than 30 years, lucky enuff to own mk1 & mk2 escorts, I'm a self employed professional panel beater and sprayer by trade, work on these cars every day, I know these cars inside out, upside down (literally) Hence everything on this car is sooo right! It was a brandnew MINICHAMPS. Model, Never been on display, stripped, built then put straight back into its pretty box! ENGINE: Full "ONE OFF" PINTO conversion!

Fully stripped, Built, modified and detailed, exposed cam pulley , added leads, Cut off poor minichamps carbs and filter, added twin webbers with "real alloy". Polished trumpets, detailed Motorsport blue cam cover, RS rad and correct top hose, alloy looking sump and bell housing, RS exhaust manifold, made up a S bend to connect original system, with a not too in your face subtle alloy tailpipe! ROLL TOP RECAROS, std back seat, 1/2 cage, 3spoke steering wheel complete with RS centre badge, 6dial RHD dash.

Battery and std tank in the boot! BIG WING BUBBLE ARCH, stunning orange paint, complete correctly fitted (not ugly over arch) RS stripes, age related UK plates, 2up 2down cibies! Real alloy highly polished deep dished 13 style Minilights?

Complete with treaded real rubber low profile tyres, slammed " wide and hard as" stance! Comes in its posh mint box and screwed down into a poly shell. Wheels do not rotate, but DO STEER...

This is not a toy, i advise that you handle it as little as possible, It is a big boys toy! Listed as used, but is a brandnew model stripped then built as a "one off" then packed back into its original packaging, never been on display from a smoke free home. A one off, means this is the only one like it. I do not replicate my own models either.

If i done this for a customer added up the amount of hours and hours and days i put into this, It would have cost a small fortune. I would love to keep it, but i just dont have the room at home or work.. 1:18 scale is pretty big. Its put into its mint outer box. Box is inside a box, please remember this is a model not a brick.
